Bill Pulte: Time for CEO Dugas to go

After news Richard Dugas Jr., the chairman and CEO of PulteGroup Inc., has stepped down under pressure, Bill Pulte, Pulte Capital Partners CEO, says it is time for him to go and that the company just wants make a change in the CEO.
