Advent and Bain Capital to sell 12.5% of Worldpay

LONDON-- Ship Global 2 & Cy S.C.A., which is owned by funds managed by private equity groups Advent International Corporation and Bain Capital LLC plans to sell about 12.5% of the shares in payment processing company Worldpay Group PLC (WPG.LN).
