Engaging foreign-funded consultants in departments must be need based: Government

Terminating all consultants funded by foreign agencies with immediate effect may bring health ministry to a standstill, health secretary reportedly shared at a recent review meeting held by the cabinet secretary P K Sinha, indicating how some of the departments are heavily dependent on these consultants.
