2016 NFL Mock draft: University of Florida's Keanu Neal finds first round
Aside from Florida State defensive back Jalen Ramsey, there isn't a safety prospect guaranteed a spot in the first round on April 28. However, Florida's Keanu Neal has a lot of fans around the league and some believe he will ultimately come off the board in the top 30 picks due to his talent at a position of need for several teams.
