Man eats bars of soap to get high, 750 fall ill in 'dry' Bihar

A day after the Nitish Kumar government made Bihar a dry state, doctors on Wednesday grappled with alcoholics who turned insane of sorts with one losing senses to recognise his family members while another eating soaps in the hope to get "the kick".
