How can parallel probe panels coexist, HC asks state govt

The Punjab and Haryana high court on Monday asked the Haryana government to explain how could two panels -- Justice Jha Commission and Prakash Singh Committee -- probing into issues related to Jat quota agitation for reservation coexist.
