Mississippi Attorney General Jim Hood doesn’t know if he’ll go to court to force Google to comply with a subpoena or sue the Internet giant for violating state law.

When Hood subpoenaed the company in October 2014, the company sued in federal court, claiming the federal Communications Decency Act and other laws mean the company can’t be sued for what others post on the Internet.

The company won an injunction freezing Hood’s inquiry, but the attorney general appealed and the Fifth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on Friday threw out Google’s suit.

Hood says he’s trying to determine whether Google aids criminal activity by helping people find illegal drugs or pirated music.

The Food and Drug Administration on Monday approved a type of drug that targets a subset of leukemia patients with a genetic abnormality that makes the cancer harder to treat.

Venclexta was approved for patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia who have relapsed or weren’t helped by a prior treatment and who are missing the part of chromosome 17 that kills cancer cells.
