Venezuela's high court rejects amnesty law for opposition

CARCAS, Venezuela - Venezuela's Supreme Court on Monday declared unconstitutional legislation passed by the opposition-controlled congress to free dozens of jailed politicians who are foes of President Nicolas Maduro's socialist government.
