Namdhari sect offers Rs20 Lakh for clue on its matriarch's killer

During the last prayers held for Mata Chand Kaur at Bhaini Sahib in Ludhiana on Sunday, H S Hanspal, president of Namdhari Darbar, announced a prize of Rs 20 lakh for information about the killer of the sect's matriarch.
