Moscow Hopes Possible Rousseff Impeachment to Be in Line With Constitution

Moscow hopes all the decisions on the possible impeachment of Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff will be in line with the country’s constitution, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said Tuesday.
