Man charged in fatal shooting at NAU set for court hearing

(AP) — A hearing is scheduled Tuesday for the man charged in the fatal shooting of a Northern Arizona University student last fall.

Slayton denied the request but said he'd reconsider once he had more information on monitoring, access to weapons, potential searches of the Jones' home and counseling.
