Man found slain in car on West Philadelphia street

PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Police say a man was found shot to death inside a car parked on a West Philadelphia street.

Neighbors called police early Tuesday because they thought the man was either asleep or dead.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Authorities have not released his name and no arrests have been made.
