Cambodian police charge opposition critic of border policy

PHNOM PENH, Cambodia (AP) — A Cambodian opposition lawmaker was charged Tuesday with two criminal offenses for criticizing the government's handling of the demarcation of the border with Vietnam. He faces up to five years in prison if convicted.
