Kerala Home Minister says police unable to control use of explosives

Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala said that the police are unable to control the use and storage of explosives and they don’t have any clarity what kind of explosives are being used in the state during festivals. He was talking to media at district congress committee office in Alappuzha on Tuesday.
