Earthquake: 3.3 quake strikes near Willow Creek, Calif.

A shallow magnitude 3.3 earthquake was reported Tuesday morning three miles from Willow Creek, Calif., according to the U.S. Geological Survey. The temblor occurred at 6:24 a.m. Pacific time at a depth of 16.8 miles.
