First Syrian Opposition Delegates From HNC Arrive in Geneva for Talks

A part of the delegation representing the High Negotiations Committee (HNC), a Syrian opposition group, arrived in Geneva on Tuesday ahead of the proximity talks with the government, a Sputnik correspondent reported.
