Biden returning to West Point, Syracuse for commencement

WASHINGTON (AP) — Vice President Joe Biden will return to West Point next month to deliver the commencement address at the U.S. Military Academy.

On May 13, Biden will speak at Syracuse University's College of Law where he received his law degree.
