ATLANTA - A 17-page questionnaire filled out Tuesday by potential jurors for the trial of a Georgia man accused of intentionally leaving his toddler son in a hot SUV to die asks whether they have ever left a child in a hot car, how much they have seen about the case in the news media and their social media habits.
