Water levels plummet in Varthur, Bellandur lakes

The bathymetric survey and water samples collected from Varthur and Bellandur lakes in east and south-east Bengaluru show the depth of both the waterbodies has reduced from 10 meter to 1-1.5 metre over the last decade.
