Govt to appeal against stay on transferring Lokayukta cases to ACB

Even though it insists that the formation of the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) won't weaken the Lokayukta police, the Congress government seems to be acting the other way round. For, it will seek a review of the High Court's interim order staying transfer of cases from Lokayukta police to Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB).
