Let medical boards, not doctors claim disability in accident cases, says HC

Ruling out the possibility of false or exaggerated disability claims from road accident victims, and pointing out that most of these case appeals happen due to disagreement over percentage of disability, the Madras high court has said that henceforth, disability certificate will be issued by medical boards.
