False ceiling collapses in civil hospital

Patients and staff at the Civil Hospital in Gurgaon had a narrow escape on Monday as a portion of the ceiling in the emergency ward collapsed suddenly. One of the patients had barely escaped as a large chunk of cement fell near his bed.
