ISL regulatory commission delay decision on FC Goa’s fate

Panaji: The Indian Super League (ISL) has sought “strictest sanctions possible” against FC Goa for its boycott of the post-match prize distribution ceremony and abuse of officials but the regulatory commission which met in Mumbai on Tuesday for the second time has sought more time to decide Goa’s fate.
