Shop fined Rs5,000 for phone defect

District consumer disputes redressal forum SAS Nagar, Mohali, directed Sparkle Samsung Care Centre Chandigarh to pay Rs 5,000 for mental agony and harassment to a resident from Naya Gaon for lack in efficiency in repairing the mobile phone of its customer and also asked them to repair his phone.
