HC reserves order on Niper head's removal

The Panjab and Haryana High Court has reserved judgement on orders issued by the Union Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers to immediately remove the officiating director KK Bhutani of the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (Niper), along with three other professors.
