Golf club prez nominee moves court to bar rival

The court of civil judge (senior division), Chandigarh, Pradeep Synghal, has reserved orders for April 18 on the civil suit filed by Dr Avtar S Khara seeking to restrain the Chandigarh Golf Club from allowing I P S Mann to contest elections for the post of president on April 24.
