'Ram temple a matter of faith, will contest polls on development issue'

His image as a firebrand Hindutva leader notwithstanding, newly appointed state BJP chief Keshav Prasad Maurya said here on Tuesday that the construction of Ram temple was a matter of faith for the party, but it would contest the next assembly election on the issue of development. "The Ram temple shouldn't be linked to vote bank politics," he told media persons here.
