City faces traffic gridlock as timber truck flips in Delhi

A three-hour traffic jam on the Delhi-Gurgaon expressway brought the city to a standstill on Tuesday. The snarls were the result of an accident that occurred in Delhi but the tailbacks reached Gurgaon and traffic moved at a snail's pace.
