Eatery fire chokes Park Circus traffic

There was traffic disruption and panic at the Park Circus seven-point crossing as smoke started billowing out of the popular Mughlai restaurant Arsalan on Tuesday afternoon.Four fire tenders were pressed into service and the flames were doused in little over an hour.
