Cal stays active on transfer market
Few, if any, teams have been more active on the transfer market than Cal.
To offset a disappointing 2016 signing class, Cuonzo Martin’s staff has reportedly contacted a dozen or so transfers.
Last week, the Bears landed a commitment from UNLV guard Jordan Cornish.
Freshmen Jaylen Brown and Ivan Rabb, both projected lottery picks in June’s NBA draft, have yet to announce whether they’ll turn pro.

Steeves, an applied mathematics major, shot 45.8 percent from three-point range this past season.
