Daycare license revoked after 4 toddlers found in street

(AP) — State officials have revoked the license of a St. Tammany Parish daycare after four toddlers wandered onto a busy street.

During a facility inspection, the department cited the daycare for failing to report the incident, not supervising the children and not having the playground enclosed by a barrier to prevent children from leaving the premises.
