Will UFOs ever leave the space station alone?

As the fanfare surrounding the latest video of a blurry, light-encrusted, diamond- or horseshoe-shaped space craft pacing the International Space Station proves (video below, photos above), humans really really want to see UFOs. And anything enough humans want to see, some human will find evidence of it and post it on the Internet.
