Northwest Innovation pulls out of Tacoma, still committed to Kalama

Northwest Innovations Works terminated its lease agreement with the Port of Tacoma Tuesday, pulling out of its bid to build a $3.4 billion facility there, but reiterating its commitment to similar plants in Kalama and Clatskanie.
