Russia’s Recognition of Taliban as Non-Terrorist Group to Be Helpful

Russia’s recognition of the Taliban as a non-terrorist organization would be helpful to advance a political process in Afghanistan, US State Department spokesperson John Kirby said in a press briefing on Tuesday.
