Magic Johnson raises money for Lansing scholarship program

(AP) — Basketball star Magic Johnson has returned to his hometown of Lansing, raising money for a scholarship program.

Michigan State men's basketball coach Tom Izzo said that everybody "needs a special person to drag people together, and Magic is that person for this community."
