Two people walking on the tracks cause BART delays in East Bay

Two people walking on the BART tracks near the Richmond Station caused major delays on the East Bay line Thursday morning as police chased down the trespassers and arrested them, officials said.

Trains were stopped in the area while BART police officers rounded up the two people, Allison said.
