Al Gore calls his meeting with Trump 'extremely interesting'

Gore, a leading voice on the dangers of climate change, met with the president-elect at Trump Tower in New York City and spoke briefly to reporters afterward.

During the campaign, Donald Trump called man-made climate change a hoax, and he has pledged to undo a number of regulations to protect the environment.

Since the election, however, Trump has sent mixed signals on the topic.
