Michigan GOP appeals recount order; Stein rallies at Trump HQ in NYC

DETROIT, Dec. 5 (UPI) -- Michigan Republicans filed an appeal Monday to stop a presidential recount effort by Green Party candidate Jill Stein, after a judge ruled it can continue.
