Airington, Basile lead CSUB to 81-47 win over N Arizona
FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. — Jaylin Airington and Dedrick Basile scored 16 points apiece on Monday night and Cal State Bakersfield beat Northern Arizona 81-47.
Matt Smith added 10 points and seven rebounds for the Roadrunners.
Durham hit a 3-pointer, Airington converted a 3-point play and Durham added another 3 to spark a 15-3 run that gave CSUB (6-4) a 20-9 lead with 11:30 left in the half. Northern Arizona trailed by double figures the rest of the way and by as many as 36 in the second half.
