Holder, Dawkins lead Jacksonville past Bethune-Cookman 76-66
DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. — J.R. Holder had 18 points, Devin Harris made 5 of 7 from the field and scored 12 with seven rebounds and Jacksonville held off Bethune-Cookman for a 76-66 win on Monday night.
Darius Dawkins hit three 3-pointers and added 14 points, Darien Fernandez scored 13 and Cody Helgeland had 11 points for Jacksonville.
Antwon Clayton’s dunk gave the Dolphins (6-3) a 15-point lead, their biggest, with 14:10 to go.
