Coastal Carolina puts Piedmont away early in 100-63 rout
CONWAY, S.C. — Demario Beck had 20 points and 13 rebounds to lead Coastal Carolina to a 100-63 rout over Piedmont International on Monday night.
Beck finished 6 of 8 from the field, including 3 of 3 from long range, and 5 of 6 at the line.
Elijah Wilson added 16 points and Jaylen Shaw had 11 points and eight assists for the Chanticleers (4-6), who shot 49.3 percent from the field and hit 10 3s.
