Stein to Appeal Pennsylvania Judge's Ruling Against Vote Recount

US Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein announced in a statement that she would appeal the decision of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania judge who has rejected the petitioner's request for a vote recount in the district.
