It was possible Parliament might take a different view on the constitutionality of the Financial Intelligence Centre Amendment (Fica) Bill from that of the Presidency’s law advisers‚ the chairperson of Parliament’s standing committee on finance‚ Yunus Carrim‚ said on Tuesday.
