Swedish retailer IKEA broadens U.S. parental leave coverage

Swedish retailer IKEA International A/S will offer U.S. employees up to four months of paid parental leave, becoming one of the few chain retailers to bring benefits usually reserved for salaried workers to an hourly workforce.
