The Authority has on Tuesday extended its group housing scheme of six plots in sectors 146 and 147 launched in November last month. The four plots to be used for group housing projects are part of the 15% land reserved for residential purposes from the erstwhile SEZ land located along the Noida-Greater Noida expressway, said officials.
