Prosecutors: Don't move Aaron Schock case to Peoria court

The 35-year-old Schock is accused of using government and campaign money to subsidize a lavish lifestyle, as well as pocketing thousands of constituents' dollars.

The (Peoria) Journal Star reports (http://bit.ly/2hdYIOY ) that the assistant U.S. attorney who is prosecuting the case said in a court filing responding to Shock's request that it was "surprising" Shock felt hardship having the trial away from Peoria given the former congressman's frequent travels.
