Winter storm dumps up to 10 inches of snow in La Crosse

MILWAUKEE (AP) — A winter storm moving across the Upper Midwest has dumped up to nearly 10 inches of snow in the La Crosse area.

Meteorologist Dave Schmidt with the weather service in La Crosse says the wintry weather is "a slap of reality" after November's mild weather.
