Northern Indiana authorities uncover high school drug ring
LIGONIER, Ind. — Northern Indiana authorities have uncovered what they call a “surprisingly” well-organized drug ring that sold marijuana products to high school students.
The Noble County Prosecutor’s Office says the investigation was sparked by drug-related incidents involving several West Noble School Corp. students.
The Journal Gazette reports (http://bit.ly/2hmweUw ) police and DEA agents seized a large amount of marijuana and cash during a raid on a home in Ligonier, about 40 miles northwest of Fort Wayne.
