IITs departure lounges to US, says Lord Bhikhu

Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) nowadays has become departure lounges to the United States. This is what member of the United Kingdom’s House of Lords and former vice-chancellor of M S University Lord Bhikhu Parekh said here on Saturday.
