Romania's Social Democrats Winning Parliamentary Elections - Electoral Bureau

Romania's Social Democratic Party (PSD) is winning the parliamentary elections in the country by a significant margin with 99 percent of the ballots counted, the Central Electoral Bureau (CEB) reported Monday.
